Change status list


The change status list is used to monitor change requests. It provides an overview of the change requests submitted, their processing status and – if the changes are made – the status of the changes.


For e ach c hange request submitted:

  1. Change request no.
  2. Requester
  3. Date of request
  4. Decision maker
  5. Status of the change
  6. Change date
  7. Person responsible for the change
  8. Outlay
  9. Costs

In addition:

  1. Total outlay and costs for all approved change requests
