Change status list

Description

The change status list is used to enumerate and monitor changes as well as document all added, deleted, or changed functions or other modifications. It supports the comprehensibility of the project progress (governance) and provides an overview of the processing status and - if the changes are made - the status of the changes.

A change request resulting from agile solution development which affects the objectives, costs, or deadlines of the overall project is processed in the traditional way and recorded in the change status list table as a traditional change, i.e. all information according to column K must be entered.
