The HERMES publication process follows the “Digital First” principle. Consequently, HERMES Online (website) is the leading source; only the content published there is binding and decisive for certification. Differences may occur between the web version and the downloadable PDFs as well as the printed edition. Such differences are clearly indicated next to the respective download links as changes compared with to the previous version (date).

HERMES 2022 project management

Changes during the year to the 2022 edition / 3rd edition 09/03/2026 compared to the 2022 edition / 3rd edition 31/12/2025:

• Chapter 2.4 Scenario directory: in all subchapters, the module “Project Foundations” was removed from the list of modules, as it is not part of a scenario.
• Table 19: added the missing asterisk (*) to mark project sponsor, project management, and user representative as minimum roles.
