QA and risk report
Description
The QA (quality assurance) and risk report is prepared by the quality and risk manager (QRM) after being commissioned by the project sponsor. It provides independent information on the quality and risk situation of the project. The content of the QA and risk report depends on the mandate and scope, as well as on the methods used.
