Change request
Description
The change request for traditionally managed solution development forms the basis for a change in content. It includes the description of the change to be made, as well as the request, the procedure for making the change, and the proposed solution for implementing the change. The change request acts as a requirement to be met and specifies the change to be made in detail.
In the case of agile solution development, the change request comes into play when changes are identified by the execution organization that affect the project objectives, the budget, or the time frame of the overall project.
