Purpose

The product module is used to develop a product or service.

What has to be done

  1. Design the product concept and develop or adapt the product.
  2. Refine the solution requirements.
  3. Create detailed specifications.
  4. Know the interests of the stakeholders and, where appropriate, involve them in solution development.
